We currently offer Pan-India shipping across most serviceable pin codes through trusted logistics partners.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Aurahive is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website and are subject to terms and conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pin codes.
  • Aurahive reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations, products, or order values.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

7. Damaged Packages During Transit

If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing acceptance and contacting us immediately.

For accepted deliveries, any issues related to damaged, wrong, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
