Refund policy

At Aurahive, we strive to deliver premium-quality home and kitchen essentials. All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review the policy below for return, replacement, or refund eligibility.

 

In the following cases, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product received
  • Incorrect product received

Requests raised after 48 hours for the above cases will not be accepted under any circumstances.


7-Day Return Window (Other Eligible Cases)

For all other eligible return requests, customers may raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund If:

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Requests raised beyond the applicable return period
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable

Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will be eligible for replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose:
    1. A replacement of equal value, or
    2. A refund, as per the refund policy below.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only when replacement is not feasible.
  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to:
    1. The original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
    2. Bank account/UPI details provided by the customer (for COD orders).
